Worked with multiple agents before and found things I didn’t like, of course they all did a good job and got the sale through. My experience with Garth Ward however was great. Stayed in touch with me consistently giving me updates and if I had questions he immediately had answers that weren’t those typical run around responses. Plus what he did with the marketing got my house sold for way above listing!! If it weren’t for that it would’ve likely convinced me to stay. Definitely sticking with this guy. Plus he explained those things you forget to think about when buying. Pointed out the furnaces that were good brands, and even pointed out details about kitchens that would become problems like cabinets opening the wrong way and the little details like that. Which I really appreciated.
